What I like about this image is the use of lines. The line created by the seat parallels the land and bridge in the background. Also, I like the use of the rule of thirds. One of the lines passes through the eye of the man in the black shirt. I like the lighting of this photo, however I feel that the image could use some more color to make it warmer.
