The artist of the week this week is Steve Kelley. He is a very well known political cartoonist. He frequently focuses his work on politicians in power and the policies they are trying to push. In this example, Santa, who is labeled as "Dems" for the Democratic party is promising health care reform for the girl's parents. The catch is that the daughter would be forced to pay the bill for such an expensive project.
